PLACING AN ORDER
All orders placed through puffsandpetals.co.uk are subject to availability and confirmation.Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 1pm for Friday delivery of that week. Orders placed after Tuesday at 1pm will be fulfilled the following Friday.We will confirm your order within 24 hours of receipt. Your order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.Prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. The Edit - 2.5L - £55

PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor.
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to Manchester and Greater Manchester only. Delivery takes place every Friday. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times within the Friday delivery window.We cannot accept liability for failed deliveries where incorrect address details have been provided. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.Once an order is confirmed we are unable to amend the delivery address.If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery please provide instructions in your order notes for where to leave the arrangement.We cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs after delivery has been completed.
OUR ARRANGEMENTS
Every Puffs & Petals arrangement is made fresh to order using seasonal stems. All arrangements are vivid and sculptural. Colours may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability. We always build within your chosen palette. No two arrangements are identical. The palette number and name remain consistent, subject to change. The specific stems and foliage will vary.Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Your arrangement will be similar in colour story and style but will not be identical to any image shown.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Orders may be cancelled midnight on Tuesday before the delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date cannot be refunded as stems will have already been sourced and arrangements built. If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different to what was described please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@puffsandpetals.co.uk with photographs. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.We do not accept returns on floral arrangements as they are perishable goods.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
